A week from today is Thanksgiving! And not only that but for the first time since President Abraham Lincoln declared Thanksgiving a holiday in 1863, the first full day/night of Hanukkah coincides with it! Phew! For a gal who celebrates Christian and Jewish holidays and as an American who revels in Thanksgiving, next Thursday is a huge day. Stressful actually! To reduce the stress level of trying to do justice to both holidays, I’ve put together some of my favorite recipes, decorating ideas, and more in this post.
Thanks to Pinterest, I have put a lot of my favorite ideas and recipes in an easy virtual board. If you don’t know Pinterest, it is free to sign up, always, no catch, and can be addicting actually once you get started. To check out my inspiration boards go here:

Also, I will be leaning on my tried-and-true favorite Thanksgiving & Hanukkah recipes and coming up with a nice medley menu. Checkout my eCookbook on Amazon.com “Holiday Cooking for Newl Cooks: Tips, Tricks and Recipes”. Here are some other recipes that I believe you will love too.
