I am obsessed with Neiman Marcus’ Rotunda Restaurant in San Francisco that makes the most delicious cheesy, fluffy popovers. When Real Simple Magazine came out with this recipe that had the word “easy” in the title, I was very excited to try to recreate something in Montana that I love in California. I’ve made these popovers twice now and both times came out perfectly- light, airy, and delicious! The recipe couldn’t be easier or faster and you don’t need a popover specialty pan, just your normal muffin tin. And I got to use up the last of my whole milk. Great side for any meal. I’ll keep on making them for years to come. Here are my popovers: +Real Simple
