Everyday Cooking Adventures’ Prosciutto & Peppers Pizza

Tonight I made this pizza because I had these things in my cupboard and fridge and needed a quick to put-together meal. My kitchen is having some mild remodeling done so there was still dust on our counters and I needed to find something that didn’t require much work. The pizza came out with a nice crispy edged crust, perfectly done prosciutto di parma, and moist cheesiness. Altogether a fast and fulfilling meal that didn’t need a lot of prep space! Here’s my pizza:

Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
1/2 ball of buffalo mozzarella
2/3 bell pepper
1/4 cup pizza sauce of your choice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning or oregano & basil (Fresh is even better!)
1 pizza crust of your choice
3 slices of prosciutto
1 jar artichoke hearts
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Drain the artichoke hearts. Rough chop the artichoke, mozzarella, prosciutto and the bell pepper.
3. Spread the pizza sauce on the crust leaving the edges clear so edges can puff up more.
4. Top it with the peppers, artichoke, mozzarella, and prosciutto.
5. Sprinkle on the parmesan and the Italian seasoning or herbs of your choice.
6. For crispier crust place pizza straight on middle oven rack.
7. Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted and browning.
